I assume it's installed when it's listed on the lib_LTLIBRARIES line in
libstrl/Makefile.am. If you look at libopendkim/Makefile.am, for example
(which I'm pretty sure does get installed), there's nothing special in
there I can see that says "install this", so I assume it's the same.
