OpenDKIM v2.0.0.Beta5 (Eve) available

I've posted Beta5 to SourceForge for download. Changes since Beta4:

o Update to draft-ietf-marf-base-01.txt

o Have autoconf look in /usr/lib/libmilter for libmilter on Debian

o Check libmilter for smfi_insheader() to support really old milter libraries

o Compile opendkim/opendkim-db.c with a "DB only" flag when compiling it
   for use with opendkim-stats

o Make the key/value separator in "refile" space instead of colon for
   consistency with other DB methods

o Lots of reworking in dkimf_db_open() and dkimf_db_walk() for LDAP

o In both opendkim-genzone and libopendkim, permit the signing key to be
   base64-encoded DER instead of only accepting PEM

o Finally get opendkim-genzone working for LDAP

o Lots of minor but important documentation corrections

o Update opendkim.conf.sample

o Don't allow the filter to start if SigningTable is defined without a
   KeyTable defined
