OpenDKIM v2.0.0.Beta6 (Eve) available

I've posted Beta6 to SourceForge for download. I'm hopeful that this will
be the last Beta before releasing early next week, so any time people can
put into testing and verifying would be greatly appreciated.

We've been essentially in an implicit feature freeze for a while now, but
I have received a few suggestions worth considering for later 2.x
versions. The current list is attached, and I'll convert them all into
RFE tracker items once 2.0.0 ships. If you have any other ideas not on
the list, please drop me a note so I can update it.

Anyhow, changes since Beta5:

o Distribution tweaks
         - miltertest.8 was missing

o Some pkg-config and other aesthetic cleanup in autoconf

o Improve error reporting when dkim_getsignhdr() fails
         - also indicates a limitation in libopendkim that will need to
           be addressed

o Library-ize Lua function groups in opendkim/opendkim-lua.c and in
   miltertest (the visible result being a change of function names from
   "libname_funcname" to "libname.funcname")

o Lots more work tidying up the LDAP implementation in
opendkim/opendkim-db.c

o Numerous warning fixes
