found:
there was a bug in opendkim: https://sourceforge.net/p/opendkim/bugs/226/

the ticket say "fixed + Version 2.10.2" but I found it still open in
Version 2.10.3
So I use the attached patch to build opendkim.

will update the ticket 226 later.
