Solving sendmail MASQUERADE_AS and genericstable rewriting features

Hi,

I just installed and configured DKIM 2.6.8 in testing mode on our edge
server running sendmail 8.14.3.

In Section 'Sendmail REWRITING FEATURES' in
http://www.opendkim.org/README are mentioned 3 ways to solve the issues
of using MASQUERADE_AS and FEATURE(`genericstable') so that DKIM will
sign outgoing messages *after* sendmail has done its own rewriting.

Any one has a hint on how to implement solutions 2 or 3?
