Handling email lists that add a footer?

What's the best way to handle email lists that add a footer to a DKIM
signed email? I'm having problems that the emails I send to such lists end
up being flagged as spam because the body of the email has been altered
since it was signed by my MTA on outgoing. Apparently, there is no way to
disable signing the body of the email?
