Fedora/EPEL 2.10.1-2 Package Added to Testing Repos

I submitted the Fedora/EPEL package of OpenDKIM 2.10.1 to the testing repos
late last night. They should be available for testing within a few hours:

https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/opendkim/

In addition to bringing the package up to date with the latest source, this
package represents a somewhat significant shift in functionality for
RedHat-based systems:

1) The startup script will no longer automatically generate a default set
of keys. To ensure compatibility with SELinux, users must generate their
own keys -- either manually or by using an automated script I've included
with the package.

2) This package addresses a Bugzilla bug requesting IPv6 support in the
default TrustedHosts file.

3) Inclusion of a README.fedora file with configuration tips and links to
OpenDKIM documentation.

4) Nearly all versions of the pacakge (F20, F21, F22, EPEL6, EPEL7) are now
dependent upon systemd for startup. The only remaining version that
supports SysV is the EPEL5 package, which will hit EOL in March 2017.

5) Unbound compile option removed due to orphaned upstream dependency.

If you have access to a Fedora, RHEL, or CentOS system, I'd appreciate you
testing out the appropriate package for your system and providing
feedback/karma via the Bodhi system.

For anyone interested in tinkering with the spec file without having to
download the package, you're welcome to grab it here:
