When you google "Suse libbsd", most of the libbsd rpms that are
available seem to be for various Suse versions. I still think it's
fine without the built in strl library. I think about the most you
need to do is place a more pronounced announcement of changes to
indicate that most Linux'n will need to find and install a libbsd (and
libbsd-devel) package to build opendkim.
