I am just wondering if this is my setup that is wrong, or if it's a problem with many domains. I see problems a lot with mail from gmail usrs, yahoo.com users, and some universities.

That is exactly what it says: A bad signature. Specifically, the data
signed by the signer and the data verified by the verifier were different
by at least a single byte, so the signature failed to verify.
