There is a problem with upgrading from previous versions of opendkim
though. During configure, we detect libstrl from, say opendkim-2.7.1,
and try to include <strl.h> which of course does not exist.
One way around it would be to check for header file first before
checking for library functions. The attached patch seems to work for
me.
