Thanks--changing the entries to file: didn't do anything, but changing the
logging gave the following information when I restarted it and tried sending
again:

Try turning all your "refile:" entries into "file:" entries.

If that still doesn't work, set:

         SyslogSuccess True
         LogWhy True

...in opendkim.conf, restart opendkim, and try again; the logs should be more
descriptive that way.
