“external host attempted to send as” means the client attempted to send mail through you as a domain you own, mail you otherwise would have signed. If that mail should have been signed, you should add that client address to your InternalHosts list. If not and you want the warnings to stop, add it to ExternalIgnoreList.
How to set up the private keys for list use really depends on what you want to happen. For user A_at_B sending to list C_at_D, what signature(s) do you want to add? If you can explain that, we can give you an example configuration.

i just installed the latest opendkim on a ubuntu 11 distrib
i configured it to work with postfix, install have been ok but there are 2 things i would like to know:

my postfix is configured on Server A, while emails are sent from Server B with phpmailer5.1, using Server A as smtp
i tryed to change the socket config with no sucess...any clue ?
2: i’m trying to configure this for my mailing list users. it means that many users from many different domains will send emails through this server...i’m not sure about how to configure the opendkim.conf: i saw that its possible to add several domains in the config, but what about the private keys ? any example ?
