Ok sorry to take so long to get back, was testing some things. It would
seem that the tool that my guy was using to send his emails from would wait
for a response from the server before moving on to the next email for
verification on if it was successfully sent or not. Since it has to
obviously add the dkim signature before its sent it was slowing it down, so
while it would still be nice to know of any specifics on increasing this
speed its not imperative at the moment because there are work arounds.
Basically just means while the implementation of dkim is what made it go
slower dkim is not the problem, I told him he probably should programming
some multi threading into his app with progress bars for better results.
Anyway thanks for providing the troubleshooting steps they helped me figure
out the specifics.
