Try:
smtpd_milters=inet:127.0.0.1:8891
If you are running a smtpd service chrooted but forgot to set up
a chroot environment correctly (like setting up DNS resolvers and
/etc/hosts in the jail) it is not surprising that DNS resolving
does not work there.
