Actually, yeah, you're right, it's a syntax error. We first parse the
DKIM signature, and a bang-tag like this is not valid DKIM syntax to
libopendkim because it expects tags to start with alphanumerics. This
is tripping on the exclamation mark.

This introduces a backward compatibility problem. I'll have to rethink
it.
