I bet whoever submitted that bug didn't look in /usr/local/lib or do a an
"updatedb" then "locate libstrl" before submitting that bug.

So up to MSK to decide whether this needs a fix or not. I'm guessing having
the source install to /usr/lib by default instead of /usr/local/lib
potentially breaks too much stuff downstream?
