OpenDKIM 2.7.0.Beta0 Unpackaged Files

Hey, Murray (and anyone else who might nudge me in the right direction here).

After attempting to update the Redhat spec file to deal with the 2.7.0
Beta 0, it seems there are three new files built when I compile the
source:

RPM build errors:
    Installed (but unpackaged) file(s) found:
   /usr/include/strl/strl.h
   /usr/lib/libstrl.so.1
   /usr/lib/libstrl.so.1.0.0

Any guidance as to what these files are so I know how to properly deal
with them in the spec file?
