libopendkim/dkim.h: still has
#define OPENDKIM_LIB_VERSION 0x01020000


I've noted that DKIM_PRESULT_AUTHOR is not defined any more. It's not
a problem for me, but, formally, it introduces a
source-incompatibility issue that should be mentioned in the release
notes. (Mind that opendkim/final.lua.sample still mentions that value.)
