This branch is now up for review along with all the others. It's a
complete reworking of the stats stuff with a more comprehensive and
matured schema, and reworked tools to match. The new stuff is more
correct (the old stuff mushed some stats together and made some other
things impossible to compute or report) and normalized.

In addition, it no longer uses libdb at all. Local recording goes to a
flat file.

It's now in production on my own domain and I have one other tester that's
going to be doing remote collection and submission. I'll continue the
collection of data using the old method until we start betas early next
month at which time I'll run them in parallel and people can choose to
migrate during beta or wait until release.

This is good stuff, and is feeding data into the working group's
interoperability report, which will also be included in the docs directory
of the next release.

Let me know if someone's up for reviewing it (or *any* of the other
branches!).
