Thanks for your response.
No, I'm don't set ChangeRootDirectory. I'm not familiar with systemd,
but "locate systemd" didn't return anything.
After I posted this originally, I did see that other people reported the
same problem that was SELinux related. I tried one of those solutions,
but it didn't appear to fix my issue. When I get a chance, I might try
to see if I can temporarily disable SELinux to determine if that is
where the problem lies.
