Postfix + opemdim -> milter reject, come back later

Hi all,

I've got a trange issue.
I've isntalled OpenDKIM like 100 times before, but it rejects milter
request and I just can't seem to determine why.

The mail log looks like this:

OpendDkim has no trace in maillog any other file (although it's properly
setup to use syslog with mail facility), I get some debug via stdio only
when I run it in foreground:
