thanks Scott, if keysize is 1024, then there is no bug in Mail::DKIM,
but since spamassasin dont check for insecure keysize i will say more
its a sa bug, then a fault of opendkim/Mail::DKIM

Mail::DKIM have imho no api to check keysize

oh well, domain owners does not always read ietf rfcs, but always man
pages for there software should reference it
