at least my horde webmail show some russian chars, so I assume it's valid :-)

which function/line number do you mean?
libopendkim/dkim-mailparse.c is really no lightweight "C-Food"
but I can't see any fixed length arrays?

Could you change the message to use a shorter display name?
would opendkim sign such message?
