It appears that this statement is no longer true:
OpenDKIM makes use of the strlcat and strlcopy functions from BSD Unix. For
portability, it includes a copy of these functions that will be built and
used if a system copy is not detected during package configuration.
In OpenDKIM 2.8.4, we see:
[build_at_zre-rhel6-64 opendkim-2.9.0]$ ls ../opendkim-2.8.4/libstrl/
Makefile.am Makefile.in strl.3 strl.c strl.h strl.pc.in
In OpenDKIM 2.9.0, no such directory exists:
[build_at_zre-rhel6-64 opendkim-2.9.0]$ ls libstrl
ls: cannot access libstrl: No such file or directory
