No. The sendmail package (from which libmilter is built) is unchanged
completely in Ubuntu and has had only a small patch completely unrelated to
libmilter.

  * Milter changes for increased performance
    + Enable poll (vs select)
    + Enable _FFR_WORKERS_POOL
