Yes, though of course you need to be strict about the "which sources"
check because otherwise your domain signs anything that manages to pass
through your server, which could mean your signatures will get associated
with unwanted mail, which in turn is bad for your legitimate mail.

All you need is "Domain *" or a SigningTable that has an entry for "*".
