Your key record is broken:

medusa[2345]% host -t txt mail._domainkey.accountfollowup.com
mail._domainkey.accountfollowup.com descriptive text "v=DKIM1\;=rsa\; t=y\; p=..."

The "=rsa" is probably missing a "k" before it.
