opendkim didn't fix it. The "z=" tag includes the header fields it signed
exactly as it saw them when signing occurred. It doesn't change anything
unless you're using ReplaceRules, which I didn't see in your recent
configuration file.

Sure, you could try. Could be that something in between isn't handling
"z=" properly.

From: and DKIM-Signature only; DKIM pays attention to the signed header
