I should think so.

KeyFile /usr/local/etc/mail/keylist
$ ls /usr/local/etc/mail/keylist
/usr/local/etc/mail/keylist

I also set its ownership to mailnull
$ ls -al /usr/local/etc/mail/keylist
-rw------- 1 mailnull wheel 973 Jul 18 07:20
/usr/local/etc/mail/keylist

However, it did not help.
