If you want rejection, change "all" to "discardable" and make sure
"ADSPAction" is set to "reject".

For multiple domains, the opendkim(8) man page describes how to do
comma-separated data sets:

LocalADSP yahoo.com=all,freemail.net=all

See the opendkim.conf(5) man page for LocalADSP for the answer to the
subdomains question.
