I noticed different logging timestams:

I will try to setup my testsystem later today but I can only use newer opendkim...

Btw.
I usually setup submission on a dedicated smtp server (port 587 for example)
In the master.cf that smtp server get a " -o milter_macro_daemon_name=ORIGINATING"
then the milter has only to match the daemonname.

opendkim.conf:
MTA ORIGINATING

also I never used InternalHosts or so.
