I've been digging through the DKIM WG mailing list archives and saw that
at one point there was discussion of including an HTTP query method for
fetching public keys.

The folks doing the iSchedule work have also been discussing this since
iSchedule is already based on HTTP.

Does OpenDKIM have any type of callback mechanism for an application to
specify a function to handle query methods other than DNS? If not, I
would be willing to add such functionality if/when iSchedule settles on
using HTTP rather than DNS.
