PeerList parameter not effective?

Hi,

I have a backup mx server which is trying to give back some emails after
some downtime in my server. But naturally my postfix which uses opendkim
policy rejects those mails:

Jun 18 13:22:12 gollum postfix/smtpd[786]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from
smtp147.junkemailfilter.com[69.50.231.147]: 450 4.7.1 <yyy>: Recipient
address rejected: Message rejected due to: SPF fail - not authorized.
Please see http://www.openspf.net/Why?s=mfrom;id=xxx;ip=xxx;r=yyy;
from=<xxx> to=<yyy> proto=ESMTP helo=<retry.junkemailfilter.com>
Jun 18 13:22:12 gollum postfix/smtpd[786]: disconnect from
smtp147.junkemailfilter.com[69.50.231.147]

I'm trying to use PeerList parameter like this in opendkim.conf to
overcome the problem:

PeerList file:/etc/opendkim/peers

and the contents of this file is just one line containing:

.junkemailfilter.com

I tried using the ip address or the complete hostname but none of these
made a difference. Why is this parameter not being evaluated. Am I
missing something here?
