Yes, and the filter actually does capture it from milter, but only to use it in ARF reports for failed verifications. Some connecting code has to be added to make it available as part of the signing decision. The simplest way to do that will probably be to add a Lua function, but it might be possible to hook it to the SigningTable as well.
