It's expected behavior. All messages are checked as to whether or not
they should be signed when signing mode is enabled. You probably have
LogWhy turned on, which logs the logic behind the sign vs. verify decision
as a debugging mechanism.

If the filter is working as you expect, you can turn that off and get rid
of these messages.
