Stats change with 2.5.0

With the release of 2.5.0, the statistics stuff has undergone substantial
change. Submitted statistics files now use a different (reduced) format.
This means that, soon, statistics submitted by participants running
pre-2.5.0 filters will be dropped.

So if you are sending stats, please let me know when you've upgraded and
sent a couple of batches of data so I can see that the new intake code is
accepting your new feeds.
