Can't make LocalADSP to work

Hello,

I've recently started using opendkim (with postfix if that matters), and
I wanted to try the "LocalADSP" directive

This is what I added to opendkim.conf
| AlwaysAddARHeader yes
| LocalADSP file:/etc/opendkim/LocalADSP

| cat /etc/opendkim/LocalADSP
| yahoo.com discardable
|

Then I reloaded/restarted opendkim (tried both), and sent an email
without any DKIM signature (via telnet on my smtpd). but here is what I
received:

I don't understand the result, how come the "dkim-adsp=none"? Should not
the message get rejected or something?

Is there something I'm missing?
