The specific error message being reported actually means the "From" field
isn't even there.

Keep in mind that opendkim is only told by the MTA what is fed to the MTA,
not what the MTA generates. So if the MTA makes some changes to the
message, like reformatting messages or adding fields that aren't there,
opendkim doesn't know about it. In this case, perhaps the input message
doesn't contain a From: and postfix is adding it, but only after opendkim
has given that error.
