I found this in SF Feature Tracker:
"Add a mechanism to do rate limiting based on state stored locally (e.g., a hash table, maybe
in-core) and limits stored in some data set (e.g., SQL). The key must be a validated domain name."
Would be nice to know, howto use the feature ...
