Add a repo definition for rpmforge (google it, there's a one liner to
add it IIRC). Then 'yum install tre-devel'.
CentOS49[root_at_smtp4 ~]# rpm -qa | grep ^tre
tre-devel-0.8.0-1.el4.rf.x86_64
tre-0.8.0-1.el4.rf.x86_64
Same applies for CentOS 5.x.
