Domain name case sensitivity

For a while I've been sending email From: Darxus_at_ChaosReigns.com
Those non-lower-case letters in the domain name caused opendkim to not sign
my emails.

That should be documented or changed. I'd prefer changed, but I don't know
what's involved.

Also, the links to the relevant mailing lists on http://www.opendkim.org/
point to http://lists.opendkim.org/ which is not listening on port 80.
