It is, but don't worry about it. Consider it a last ditch effort to
get you going. (It's flexible and used for large numbers of domains
and/or signing keys, but with flexibility comes complexity, complexity
that you don't need for this initial signing configuration). Read my
other email that I just sent. It has specific directions.
