Old stats shutting down soon

Sometime Friday I will be turning off the 2.1.3 statistics reporting
mechanism. The 2.1.3 submission address will begin bouncing. Anyone
running the old stuff should upgrade by then and start submitting to the
new address, or discontinue stats reporting altogether until you're able
to do so.
