Presentation on debugging DKIM failures

I'm going to be a panelist at the next MAAWG conference, discussing DKIM
failures and how to figure out what's going on when you get a failure
report. The audience is going to be sysadmins mostly on the "senders"
side of the equation, of varying skill levels.

Based on the current OpenDKIM Stats v2 project results, I've gathered the
top five error codes libopendkim commonly returns when handling
signatures. We'll use that as a starting point (alongside the entire list
of 44 currently-possible outcomes).

If anyone has any tricks she/he would like to share in terms of how you go
about debugging verification failures, either as a sender or as a
receiver, I'd love to hear them. We could even include them in a future
OpenDKIM troubleshooting guide.
