Exactly, I only posted signed fields.

It looks like you use a different server for receiving mail than for
sending. (I see no other way to disable zdkimfilter verification, and
"Received" is not Courier's.)
The single header causing problems is Content-Type: The one you posted is

vs.

Verification fails because of that.
I CC this to Courier's list, because field's comparison suggests
that's where the field has changed. Specifically, I suspect the
rfc2045_rewrite function.
