I'm not sure what this is. libopendkim doesn't create directories. It seems
like the profilingpart of courierfilter is expecting the build to still be
theme.

Having not used courier or zdkimfilter before how are they setup?

What is the expected results? Is the profiling errors causing some failure in
zdkimfilter? What RPM spec file did you use?
