MTA referes that value, you set with postfix' milter_macro_daemon_name

I have this in my master.cf:
submission inet n - - - - smtpd
 -o milter_macro_daemon_name=ORIGINATING

and in opendkim.conf:
MTA ORIGINATING

so *any* host using the submission service is considered internal
