Which features are you using?

Hi OpenDKIM users,

As we prepare to begin the development cycle for v2.2.0, we're wondering
which optional features are currently in use. Those that are popular
should probably be added permanently to the code, while those that are not
in use should probably be removed to make maintenance easier.

So even if you only do a default build or install from RPMs or other
packaging systems, please take a moment to reply either to the list or to
me privately with either:

(a) The ./configure command you use to build your filter and/or library;
OR

(b) The output of "opendkim -V".
