Thanks for the reply, I did email Bluebottle last week regarding this
issue but have had no response, hopefully you will get a reply. I was
not very assertive about something needing to be done as (being new to
DKIM) I was not sure if my set up was partly to blame.
To get a proper look at Bluebottle's headers I removed DKIM checking
on my server and repeated the sending of mail from Bluebottle to one
recipient and then to two (I have edited sensitive info and replaced .
with [dot] but left the formatting exactly the same):

I notice that they are using 'simple' canonicalization and yet they
have spaces in between the comma separated list of recipients as you
said might be the case. Does it look like that is the culprit?
I guess this is one thing the automated service at port25[dot]com
could not pickup on.
I am unsure how to get the "z=" tag you mentioned,
