unfortunately I have had no time yet to install the beta. Maybe my
questions can be seen as feedback:

    * what does OpenDKIM do if the LDAP server is not available?
    * is it possible to define a list of two or more LDAP servers in the
      OpenDKIM configuration in order to create redundancy?
